- NO chasing tenant arrears
- NO preparing leases
- NO conducting opens or inspections
- NO routine inspections
- NO chasing tradies for quotes

This role could even be ideal for Mum or Dad coming back into the workforce after having some time off looking after the kids.
We are looking for someone that is above all friendly & very comfortable on the phone.
Previous experience making calls (being comfortable on the phone) is a major advantage (required).

What you need:
- A sense of humour (we’re a bit quirky)
- Previous real estate experience
- Some knowledge about the industry (like knowing the difference between an open house & an open home)
- A computer, iPad, laptop, stone & chisel
- Internet connection that is quicker than the old dial-up
- Electricity to run said internet
Above all we’re looking for someone that can work unsupervised, can be self-motivated to hit targets & is comfortable chatting with people over the phone.
If you can do that stuff, we can teach the rest.

The Role:
Making calls to past clients as well as new potential clients.
We are looking for someone who can work unsupervised & is able to create leads & book appointments for our agents.

Hours & days are flexible.
Part-time hours initially. But again, everything is flexible.
Hours can easily be tailored to be inside or outside school hours.

Real estate experience is a MAJOR advantage (doesn't have to be real estate sales).
All training & phone equipment is provided.
But you must be VERY comfortable speaking over the phone.
