The my house realty team is looking for someone to join the team in a work from home role.

**We hear it all the time. People love working in real estate but they hate the daily grind of Property Management.
Well, this role is different...

  • NO chasing tenant arrears
  • NO preparing leases
  • NO conducting opens or inspections
  • NO routine inspections
  • NO chasing tradies for quotes

This almost sounds too good to be true, maybe I’ll cancel this ad & just do it myself.

This role could even be ideal for Mum or Dad coming back into the workforce after having some time off looking after the kids.

We are looking for someone that is above all friendly & very comfortable on the phone.
Previous experience making calls (being comfortable on the phone) is a major advantage (required).

What you need:
- A sense of humour (we’re a bit quirky)
- Previous real estate experience
- Some knowledge about the industry (like knowing the difference between an open house & an open home)
- A computer, iPad, laptop, stone & chisel
- Internet connection that is quicker than the old dial-up
- Electricity to run said internet

Above all we’re looking for someone that can work unsupervised, can be self-motivated to hit targets & is comfortable chatting with people over the phone.

If you can do that stuff, we can teach the rest.

The Role:
Making calls to past clients as well as new potential clients.
We are looking for someone who can work unsupervised & is able to create leads & book appointments for our agents.

Hours & days are flexible.
Part-time hours initially. But again, everything is flexible.

Hours can easily be tailored to be inside or outside school hours.

Real estate experience is a MAJOR advantage (doesn't have to be real estate sales).
All training & phone equipment is provided.
But you must be VERY comfortable speaking over the phone.

Skills & Experience:
- Clear & confident phone communication skills
- Ability & drive to work unsupervised (at home)
- Excited by challenges & ability to reach targets
- Vital to be easily understood over the phone
- Be friendly & happy

In any sales role you get far more no’s than yes’s.
So you need to be resilient & be able to keep going.
