We're looking for a hands on Franchise Support member with a hospitality background and experience working across multi-site operations.
Franchise Support Manager is a hybrid role between a head of operations and franchisee operations Support Manager position. You will be hands not just in an administrative role. Supporting operations team members, driving operational excellence, profitability and Sharing your knowledge with all departments to encourage growth.
Preferably you will have franchise chain operations experience from the likes of McDonald's, GYG, Grill'd, KFC or Roll’d from businesses where systems and standards are imperative.
About you
- 5+ years experience in multi-site management
(preferably restaurants/cafes) across franchised and or corporate locations - You understand COGS and EBITDA how to positively impact and influence these areas
- Proven experience in project managing new store openings alongside your fellow co workers
- Clear skills in development and mentoring people as you will have an operational team seeking your leadership
- Driving Franchise compliance and performance through influence, coaching, and engagement
- Contribute to marketing strategies and campaigns that build brand awareness and drive sales across national sites
- Willingness to travel intrastate and interstate when required
- Sydney based applicants only or willing to relocate for the role
