You will work closely with our Fraud Strategy & Analytics team to manage relationships with FraudSight clients.What you will be doing
- Work with internal groups such as Product, Sales, Implementations, and Relationship Management to manage relationships with FraudSight clients.
- Facilitate the onboarding process and help address day-to-day fraud-related issues.
- Analyzes KPIs and reviews data for ongoing performance.
- Degree qualification with at least 3-5 years relevant experience
- Ability to build internal working relationships to become more efficient in fraud mitigation and problem-solving.
- Keen in keeping up with fraud trends and the tools available to manage them.
- Knowledge of financial services industry especially payment processing
- Experience in SQL, Python, Power BI, or R
