Position: Fresh Produce (Fruit and Vegetable) Specialist
Days of Work: Monday to Saturday
The Fresh Produce (Fruit and Vegetable) Specialist role is responsible for the following, but not limited to:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Overseeing and managing the seasonal Produce (Fruit and Vegetable) in store and chillers, including:
- First In & First Out
- Presentation of shop floor
- Pricing
- Profit Margins
- Repack
- Bulk orders
- Stock Rotations
- Stocktake
- Wastage and Shrinkage
- Upholding Quality Control
Skills
- Leadership, Supervising skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Computer Literate
- Forklift License
- Knowledgeable in regarding to WHS in Fresh Produce.
This position is suited to someone with good experience Australian Fresh and Seasonal Produce market and industry.
Candidates that can demonstrate initiative, creativity and knowledge of the food industry will be highly regarded.
