We're working together with numerous teams to harness the power of data for teams worldwide. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing internal issues within the client dashboard and directing them to the appropriate team for resolution.
What You'll Do
- Provide timely application support to ensure uninterrupted operations, including troubleshooting and maintenance
- Conduct thorough investigations to understand and identify the root cause of any technical issues
- Direct technical problems to the appropriate team or individual within Atlassian for efficient resolution
- Manage and track internal issues related to application performance or resources, and ensure they are promptly addressed
- Work collaboratively with various teams, helping in prompt issue identification and resolution, thus ensuring seamless functionality of applications
What You Have
Comprehensive experience with:
JavaScript, React and Redux (or any state management frameworks)
Open-source libraries, tools and frameworks (e.g. for logging, wiring, testing, building, etc.)
Web applications, SOA and micro-services patterns, capable of building high-performance, decoupled, testable, and maintainable code
Legacy monolithic systems
Accessibility principles
Cloud environments such as AWS
Proficiency in front-end JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
Understanding of ES6 features would be an added advantage
