AddressThe Role
We are looking for a teammate who is passionate about technology, web design and development detail who can take us to the next level with creative and technically robust solutions. You will be able to work on different web projects, from websites to applications, that will challenge your knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, optimise and maintain interfaces for a variety of web projects, ensuring functionality, efficiency, and emphasising attention to detail.
- Use CMS such as WordPress for content management and visual builders such as Elementor to manage and visually replicate prototypes on websites. (Optional, however prior knowledge of CMS and visual builders would be ideal).
- Participate in the development of web applications with advanced integrations and functionality.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (UX/UI, Backend Developers, among others) to plan and launch projects that meet both user expectations and business objectives.
- Evaluate a adopt new technologies and tools to maintain relevance and cutting edge of our developments.
Technical Skills
- Robust knowledge in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
- Knowledge in web application development using modern JavaScript frameworks, such as React, Vue.js or Next.js (Must at least know and have handled them, even minimally).
Desirable Skills
- Experience with BEM methodology for DOM element naming and CSS code handling.
- Experience with RESTful APIs for integration between frontend and backend.
- Basic knowledge of CMS and visual builders such as WordPress and Elementor, with ability to read and understand technical plugin documentation for proper implementation and design.
Soft Skills
- Attention to detail, we always seek to be faithful to the prototype provided by the UX/UI Designer.
- Work under pixel perfect design and development techniques.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with a proactive and results-orientated attitude.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Initiative to propose innovative ideas and implement significant improvements in our projects.

Hours & Location
The role involves full-time hours, Monday to Friday working from our East Brisbane office. Applicants will be required to interview in Brisbane, with training for the successful applicant also to be completed in Brisbane.
