About The Role:
Based at our Eastern Creek depot, our Front lift Truck Drivers are responsible for providing reliable and courteous transportation services to customers with safety being a top priority. We have a Night Shift position available commencing at 5:30pm to 5:30am.
Duties Include:
- Manage compliant loading of waste bin containers for the purpose of transport
- Operate and maintain company owned transportation vehicles with a focus on safety and customer courtesy
- Perform and record daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Perform minor maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary
- Adhere to driving hour restrictions & fatigue management requirements where applicable
- Report incidents and preparing accident and incident reports as necessary
About You:
- Possess a current and valid NSW HR licence
- Must have a minimum of 12 months truck driving experience - operating a Front lift HR truck is an advantage
- Have full working rights
- Have a clean and recent driving record
- Be flexible to work overtime and weekends as required
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, flexible, trustworthy with a positive can-do attitude
