Front of house Administrator

Job Description
Our Global client is a highly regarded professional services firm based on Eagle Street. We seek an experienced corporate team member to assist with Front of house duties. This is a full time role Monday to Friday 38hrs - $63-65,000.
A fantastic location overlooking the Brisbane river, surrounded by lunch venues and a close walk to the Queen St mall.
This is a professional role, where you will be the first point of contact for both corporate clients and the internal team. Your duties will include:

• managing visitors records and meeting rooms bookings
• AV support
• placing catering orders
• meeting room setups
• controlling inventory ordering
• co-ordinating visitors passes and arranging passes for new employees
• other duties to support to the Facilities team when required

Who are we looking for?
You will have previous experience in a busy, corporate environment dealing with clients professionally and confidently. Your background may include experience as a corporate Front of house receptionist in a professional services environment.
