Front of House & Cafe Allrounder

We are looking to find both FOH Leads and Cafe All-rounders searching for part-time or casual work. No night work. Cafe is open 7.30am - 4.30pm 6 days.

We are a cafe & deli offering both dine-in, takeaway and food retail so previous food knowledge & coffee knowledge is highly regarded.

For FOH lead, qualities we are looking for include…

• The ability to maintain a composure in a busy environment.
• Previous cafe/restaurant supervisory experience 
• Excellent communication skills and work ethics
• Strong knowledge of POS systems
• Ability to train and motivate staff 
• Proven time management and problem solving skills 
• Excellent presentation at all times
• Flexible availability to suit business needs 

For Cafe All-rounders, responsibilities include…

• Customer service on POS
• Table management
• Food service
• Juice Bar understanding and operation
• Maintaining regulated cleaning and health standards
