Front of House Cafe Role

We're a busy Tamworth cafe looking for an experienced Front of House all rounder. Barista experience is a distinct advantage for this role.

Applicants for the Front of House position must:

• Have a passion for excellent quality food, coffee & service
• Have prior hospitality experience
• Be available to work early starts. i.e. 7-7.30am (this also means early finishes - i.e. approx 1pm) 4 days a week (occastional weekend availability appreciated).
• Show initiative and be prepared for high pressure situations
• Be a team player
• Posses great time management skills and a sense of urgency
• Posses excellent attention to detail and ability to execute tasks efficiently and consistently, to a high standard
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to build customer rapport and communicate effectively with peers
• Have own reliable transport
• Barista experience an advantage

This position involves, taking orders, cash handling, running food and drinks, washing up, some basic food prep, general cleaning, some stock management.

• Expected salary: $29 - $44 per hour
