Hot Property is a local real estate agency specialising in property management, commercial sales and leasing, and residential sales. We have over 22 years of experience in the Toowoomba market, a great reputation, a beautiful new office located at 2/200 Hume Street, and an outstanding team. We’re excited to be seeking applications for a full-time Front of House Concierge.

This position requires a person who is reliable, uses initiative to problem solve, is highly organised, is a great communicator, and is well presented.
Job tasks & responsibilities
Duties will include:
- Greeting our amazing clients
- Manage phone and email enquiries
- Handling rental enquiries (the good, the bad and the ugly – this one can be tough!)
- Management of keys (there are lots of keys… we’ve got a system though)
- Processing of invoices
- Maintaining and updating the client database
- Process tenant applications
- Property maintenance follow up
- Preparation of entry notices
- Other administrative duties as required
Skills Required:
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Be organised, reliable, and have an eye for detail;
- have excellent spelling & grammar;
- general computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel;
- have a can-do attitude and be willing to learn;
- be a team player;
- enjoy working in a fast-paced environment (there’s always something happening!).
