E'cco Bistro is a Hatted iconic Brisbane restaurant, offering Modern European Cuisine. We are a family owned business offering a 4 day, 30-35hr week in a positive working environment, with a genuinely optimistic team atmosphere.

The successful candidate must have: 

• A true passion for the industry
• A minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar style venue
• Exceptional customer service skills 
• Wine knowledge essential
• The ability to perform in high pressure service periods 
• Be a team player
• Be able to assist with opening and closing duties
