Join our Front of House and Bar Staff teams, offering guests a journey through our exceptional ramen and sake offerings. Your warm and engaging service will set the tone for an unforgettable affordable dining experience. Responsibilities include:

• Expertly guiding guests through our menu and sakes, sharing your knowledge about different types, flavours and origins. We will work with you over time.
• Creating and serving an array of fun modern beverages, including sake-based cocktails and traditional pairings, basic wine service requirements, serving temperatures and styles. 
• Ensuring seamless and delightful interactions with every guest, ensuring their preferences are met with enthusiasm.
• Working with our team to maintain a high standard of service and upkeep of the venue.   

Requirements:

• An appreciation and understanding of Japanese cuisine and culture.
• Relevant experience in restaurants or hospitality settings.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Dedication to delivering impeccable customer service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Although we are closed most public holidays.
