The Client
Our client is located on a beautiful macadamia and avocado farm set high in the Ballina-Byron hinterland. They are committed to innovation, continuous improvement and building strong relationships through inclusive employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
The Role
Play an integral part in the quality assurance and production line of Summerland's day to day operations. Learn how to grade and pack fruits like custard apples and avocados as well as dehusking macadamias.
No prior experience is required to thrive in this environment, all training and support is provided to help you succeed!

Essential Requirements to be successful in this role
- Licence and reliable vehicle
