We are a ministry team that:
- wants to see more people transformed by Jesus and built into a community that worships and serves him with all that they have,
- conceives of pastors as shepherds of God’s flock under Christ,
- wants to disciple those at St Phils by loving them, teaching God's word well, and helping them live wholeheartedly for Jesus.
