The Opportunity:
This is an incredible opportunity to join an amazing team at Fujitsu General.
As part of this role, you would be responsible for the service, repair and commissioning of commercial and domestic air-conditioning products in accordance with specifications, compliance and legislative requirements in a timely and safe manner.
Report on any common product issues and assist with the generation of reports for product improvement.
Provide assistance, training and technical advice to our customers and company personnel.
Respond to customer service calls, enquiries and provide excellent service.
Assist with training material and courses where required for agents and dealers.
Does this sound like you:
- Previous experience as an Air-Conditioning Service Technician is essential
- Previous Fujitsu General product knowledge would be highly desirable but not essential
- Able to service Air-Conditioning products to ensure that they perform at their best
- Able to identify issues with Air-Conditioning products, repair them and make recommendations
- Commissioning experience is highly desirable but not essential
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Able and interested in building relationships with customers, team members and with extended business partnerships
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role
- Able to work additional hours during peak season
- Highly driven, self-motivated, result- driven and well presented
- Excellent organisational skills including the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, communicate status’s and update on delays if required
- VRF experience will be highly regarded
- Willing to comply with company values and code of conduct a must
- Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Trade Certificate
- Refrigerant Handling License (full)
- Minimum Restricted Electrical License - EST (state-based) is a must
- OHS General Induction Card is essential
- Drivers Licence essential - with a clean driving record
- First Aid Certificate is desirable but not essential
