Additional Information:
• This role is Permanent, Part-time, 60hrs/fortnight.
• As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts ranging from 6:00am to 9:30pm You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
• You are required to have full-day availability on Thursdays and Fridays to be considered for this role.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS

About this work area
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Ensure that daily operations run smoothly with a focus on order fulfillment and inventory availability.
• Picking, packing, and checking orders for both online & in store for collection or delivery orders within set KPIs.
• Using your attention to detail skills when picking assigned orders, using the RF scanning system to check accuracy and prepare orders for delivery.
• Replenishing your assigned area to ensure it is fully stocked and available for customers.
• Using inventory systems to ensure stock availability is as accurate as possible.
• Adhering to IKEA’s safety policies, rules, and guidelines to allow for safe goods movement through the store and storage to ensure the safety of both customers and co-workers.
• Supporting the wider Fulfilment Operations team with tasks where required.
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker you are or have:
• A growth mindset with a willingness to continually learn and grow within Fulfilment Operations.
• Ability to collaborate, yet also be able to work autonomously and be self-directed within your work.
• An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.
