The role:
The successful candidate will play an integral role in the technical success and organisational strength of our company and will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Responsible for the ongoing development of all CTB AND CO. products including future projects.
- Provide technical support for all CTB AND CO. products and services, ensuring that expectations are met and issues resolved - ensure you deliver against internal customer expectations.
- Test, maintain and recommend software improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimisation.
- Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues and faults.
- Test new products and software improvement releases in a controlled environment before going live.
- Manage third-party integrations ensuring that positive outcomes are delivered for mutual clients.
- Continually seek to identify areas of improvement and contribute to CTB AND CO.’s shared knowledge base and continued success; including development processes, policies and procedures.
Skills required:
- Experienced in C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API and JavaScript frameworks (Sencha extJS specifically).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform (Azure DevOps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Form Recognizer).
- Solid understanding of ADO.net and ORMs (Entity Framework, Dapper.net) and Relational Databases (Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Source Code Control (GIT).
- Experience developing integrations with third party platforms, including Accounting and Point-of-Sale systems.
- Solution driven approach to challenges; analyse problems, determine the root cause and deliver a resolution.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in an ever-changing environment.
- Demonstrate initiative including being accountable, proactive and innovative.
- A keen attention to detail with a positive attitude.
- Ability to self-motivate while working effectively in a team environment.
