  • Using appropriate source control techniques in Git/Bitbucket.
  • Ensuring that unit tests are built and maintained.
  • Continuously seek to improve our systems' usability, performance and security.
  • Handling and troubleshooting support related issues.
  • Working independently and as part of a growing team for larger project work.

Our ideal candidate will also have the following:

  • A keen eye for issues impacting User Experience.
  • Outstanding problem solving skills.
  • Exposure to agile/lean methodologies.
  • Experience in building and maintaining web applications using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and APIs.

  • Experience in Postgres or any other relational database.
  • Reinforcing our dev-ops culture by expanding your dev-ops knowledge and sharing this with your colleagues.
  • A degree in Software Development would be advantageous but our focus is more on client outcomes rather than the software product itself.
  • A drive to be a central component of a rapidly growing start-up, and to grow with the company.
