Biosymm currently has an exciting opportunity available for a friendly and professional individual to join our Administration team. 

The successful candidate will be reliable with an excellent work ethic and will have clear, confident communication skills. They will also have an eye for detail, a systematic approach, and the ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks accurately within a high-pressure environment. They will also be flexible to work Biosymm operational hours (6am-6:30pm as rostered), Monday to Friday, including public holidays, plus some weekend coverage if required.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Reception duties, including greeting and rescheduling patients and processing payments.
  • Answering and responding to phone and email enquiries. 
  • Bookings and coordination for diaries of practitioners located Australia-wide.
  • Ordering and management of stock levels
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone and or email
  • General administration to support all business areas and employees

Requirements for the role:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Hold a valid Australian driver’s license
  • Previous administration experience desired, but not required.
  • Previous experience within the health or medical industry is desired.
  • Knowledge of Practice Management software such as Nookal, or Front Desk would be highly regarded.
  • Experience and confidence with computer use and IT, including MS Office, would be highly regarded.
