Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team. As a Cabinet Maker at Bondi Kitchensand Joinery, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cabinetry and Joinery pieces for residential and commercial projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work collaboratively with our design and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and assemble custom cabinets, furniture, and Joinery pieces based on detailed plans and specifications.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools with precision and safety.
- Ensure all finished products meet the high standards of quality and craftsmanship expected by our clients.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cabinet Maker.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
