You will design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, observe and assess children's progress, and collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure each child's holistic development along with your team members.
This is a not-for-profit centre based in Randwick is looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- As an ECT, you will provide high quality early childhood education and care to children and to support the implementation of an approved learning framework
- Focus on the relationships with the children and families, developing and nurturing on an ongoing basis
- Ensure children are well supervised and supported at all times
Required:
- Bachelor's in early years education
- Current Working with Children's Check (NSW)
- Knowledge of the National Quality Standards & Early Years Learning Framework
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Understanding of child protection legislation, including an approved & current child protection training qualification
