With continued growth in our business, we are currently seeking a motivated and experienced full-time Lead Dispensary Technician to join our team. This pivotal role, not only requires a high level of professionalism and accuracy but also strong leadership skills, as the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire dispensary team. ABOUT THE ROLE
Leading our team of Dispensary Technicians, you will be responsible for assisting and overseeing all areas of the dispensary including dispensing, medication packing, prescription management services, inventory control and assisting our team of pharmacists with the delivery of professional service programs. This is a full-time position with flexible working arrangements to suit your lifestyle and create work/life balance.
The successful candidate will have extensive Pharmacy and Dispensary Technician experience. You will be a key player in our business, responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service/care and excellent product knowledge. The relationships you develop with our customers and team members will be essential to ensure continued repeat business and the long-term success of the pharmacy.
