Kitten D'Amour are looking for a confident team member to lead their Pacific Fair Boutique as store Manager.
Please note: This role is full-time role that requires past management experience. Any applications with less than 3 years retail management experience in a full-time, salary based management role will not be considered.
Salary range from $55,000 to $60,000 depending on the level of experience.
Plus monthly bonuses for reaching approved targets, capped at $1000 per month.
Non-negotiable trial period of three months.
Successful applicants will have:
- A strong personal style with a love of fashion and ‘Vintage Glamour’.
- Impeccable presentation and personal styling.
- Excellent brand knowledge or desire to learn.
- Be responsible and self motivating.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong desire to motivate team members to reach their goals.
- Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and styling advice.
- Have good availability, including Thursday nights and weekends + available to work public holidays and traditionally busy holiday periods.
- A background in fashion, retail and customer service.
- A great eye for detail and organisation.
- A desire to be a team player and work towards shared goals.
Potential to grow within the company and onto higher duties.
