Form of workOur company is seeking a skilled and reliable full-time Periodical Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating various cleaning equipment, including steam cleaners, pressure cleaners, and window cleaning tools. A valid Victorian drivers' license is required, as a company car will be provided for transportation to and from job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including steam cleaner, pressure cleaners, and window cleaning tools
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures while operating machinery
- Perform periodic cleaning of floors, carpets, windows, walls, and other surfaces
- Ensure that all areas are cleaned to a high standard and meet client expectations
- Report any equipment malfunctions or repair needs to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required as a company car will be provided for transportation to and from job sites
- Previous experience operating cleaning machinery and equipment preferred
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures while operating machinery
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
