About You and the Role:
The core purpose of the role is to operate locomotives and provide operational support to ensure the safe and efficient working of trains.
In addition to the usual Train Driver’s duties, at One Rail we have a strong belief in the value of using the skill and knowledge of the entire team to continually improve as individuals and as a team. We have created a culture where open communications, sharing thoughts and ideas are the norm.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Train Driving
- Recent practical experience in CQCN is desirable
- Working knowledge of safe-working procedures
- A current unrestricted motor vehicle drivers’ licence
- A strong commitment to following rules and operating safely
- A flexible can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
- A willingness to be part of a team
- A positive outlook and enthusiastic attitude
The Process:
As part of One Rail Australia's recruitment and selection process, short listed applicants will be required to:
- Provide a recent national criminal history check.
- Undergo a Category 1 Health Assessment
- Provide relevant qualifications.
- Provide a Current C Class or higher Drivers Licence.
