WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Sales Assistant will join our team reporting to the Store Manager. You will build relationship with customers and maximize sales opportunity, whilst maintaining store standards in terms of image, product and operations, and delivering the Versace customer experience.
You will be involved in:
- Business Development - with a focus on achieving targets
- Client Management - delivering the ultimate VERSACE experience
- Customer Relationship Management - establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
- Operations - assisting with stock and back of house tasks, as well as visual merchandising according to company directives
This Full-Time opportunity is based at Sydney Westfield and involves working 38 hours across 5 days per week.
YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
- Previous experience in retail, luxury experience beneficial
- Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
- Understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
- Excellent computer skills
- Full/Permanent Work Rights
