Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Assistant at Blowes Clothing, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and establishing lasting relationships with customers.
- Driving sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our product range, current trends, and brand ethos.
- Processing transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Assisting in merchandising, display maintenance, and store cleanliness.
- Working as part of a close-knit team to achieve store and individual sales targets.
- Handling returns and exchanges in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with inventory management, including stocktakes and replenishments.
- Staying updated on store promotions, sales, and events to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications and Skills
