The Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Team Leader to support the management team within our Manuka Concept Store.
As the Team Leader, you will play a key role in driving the success of the store by assisting the store management team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist the management team with creating a positive and motivating culture that inspires great performance.
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and sales techniques, serving as a role model for the team.
- Support the management team in driving strong commercial outcomes.
- Foster an inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and a customer-centric mindset.
- Assist with training, coaching, and motivating the store team to maximise their potential.
- Support with inventory management for optimal stock levels and sales opportunities.
- Assist with online order fulfillment when required.
- Understand and follow Loss Prevention processes.
- Assist with day-to-day operational needs as required.
About you
- Proven experience within a retail leadership or supervisor role
- Strong knowledge of all retail operations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create strong relationships with both customers and team members.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Flexible to work 1 weekend day per week.
