SalaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Full Time/4 days Certificate 3/Diploma Educator to join our team of passionate professionals. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young learners by providing them with a nurturing and stimulating environment. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the growth and development of children through the implementation of age-appropriate educational programs and activities.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement engaging and educational lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with parents/guardians to provide updates on children's development and address any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff members to enhance the overall learning experience for children.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and any relevant documentation as required.
- Ensure the classroom is organized, clean, and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Stay updated with current educational trends and incorporate innovative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid certificate or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working with children in a similar capacity, either through practicum or previous employment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt to the individual needs and learning styles of children, ensuring an inclusive and supportive environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Any additional certifications or specialized training in relevant areas will be considered a plus.
