Salarywe are a country hotel, located roughly halfway between Adelaide and Melbourne, looking for a FULLY QUALIFIED, experienced Chef.
This qualified Chef position is full time and they muat be suitably exoerienced in bistro and a la carte service and possess excellent food presentation skills.
They must be able to cost menus, order and control stock and supervise staff.
Some weekend work may be required.
