Form of workWine & Dine'm, one of Brisbane’s most awarded catering companies, is on the hunt for Front of House Staff, both Supervisors & waitstaff to assist in the delivery of onsite events. These pivotal roles involve the delivery of exception food and beverage service at a range of events across Brisbane.
Candidates displaying appropriate level of skills and experience as outlined below will be rewarded with rates well above award wage.
About the role
Wine & Dine'm Catering is currently seeking Experienced Event Staff, with backgrounds in Events, Conferencing and Functions, to join our exceptional team.
We are currently offering approximately 20-30 hours per week, across Monday to Sunday, morning and/or night shifts.
Skills and Experience
- 2 years or more experience in a similar role or high end dining
- Must be confident in carrying 3 or more plates at once
- Must be confident in clearing a minimum of 5 plates ‘a la carte’ style
- Experience with set up & pack down of weddings, functions & conferences
- Enthusiasm in the hospitality industry & interest in expanding your events experience & knowledge
- Strong commitment to customer service & outstanding attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong initiative skills with strong hands-on food & beverage experience in similar roles
- Immaculate personal presentation & well groomed
- Passion for great food and wine is essential
- RSA Certificate
- Drivers License
