Future International Student Advisor
Fixed-term, full-time appointment (7-month term with the possibility of extension)
Professional Employee Level 3 - $65,909 pa
Plus 17% superannuation and 6 weeks annual leave
Casuarina Campus

Provide support to the CDU Global team for International Student recruitment. 

About the Position
As the Future International Student Advisor (FISA), you will support International Student recruitment through the provision of timely and accurate enquiry management, peer-to-peer advice to prospective International Students, conversion activities, and support of marketing and recruitment activities.

The FISA is predominately responsible for: 

  • Enquiry management across: CRM, Unibuddy, Social Media and Whatsapp
  • Data extratraction and manipulation
  • Outbound conversion call to Applicants and prospective applicants
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns and marketing activities
  • Event support

The FISA will thrive in a customer service/sales environment, working as a member of a wider team to communicate through multiple channels, including phone, in-person, email, live chat, social media, and other platforms.

About You
To be successful, you will require:

  • Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of Year 12 and/or Certificate IV in a nationally accredited qualification.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond to enquiries in writing and liaise with other teams in CDU Global.
  • Experience working in a sales or marketing role previously.
  • Good level of technical proficiency in administrative systems and platforms, including the use of large corporate databases, MSOffice software and contact centre solutions.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated effective cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Proficiency in a secondary language will be highly regarded.

Remuneration 
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Employee Level 3. The base salary will be $65,909 per annum. The total remuneration package will be $77,113 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
