The Manager, Future Students (Domestic Postgraduate) is a member of the Future Students Team within the ISFS Division. The Manager reports to and receives broad direction from the Associate Director, Future Students and will also manage the day-to-day operational requirements of a small team to meet the university's Postgraduate recruitment targets. This position plays a key role in developing and implementing recruitment and communication strategies to recruit students into programs at all levels within the ANU with a particular
focus on the ACT region. All recruitment staff work to KPIs, and recruitment targets and a key dimension of this role is the ongoing monitoring of performance of the team and assisting the Associate Director with reporting to the Director. It is essential that members of the Future Students team work closely with staff in other areas including Admissions, Academic Colleges and Divisions, to develop strategic recruitment plans and strategies that are aligned with the university's goals and priorities.
