Salary: $111,221 + Super

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Future Workforce Lead is responsible for leading initiatives that support the development of the next generation of health workforce in the NT. The role is focused on developing strong partnerships between the health and education sectors to maximise the capacity of the Northern Territory to train and develop a local health workforce. This includes developing opportunities to improve promotion of local health careers, increase access to local tertiary and VET health courses and working closely with training and education providers to grow a workforce equipped to meet the future health needs of the NT.
If you have the following skills and experience, we’d love to chat:
- Knowledge or training equivalent to a relevant degree and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education /training.
- Demonstrated experience working with health professional educational pathways and institutions, from school through to post graduate career level.
- Demonstrated experience in internal and external stakeholder engagement skills with demonstrated experience in successful client relationship management
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, working across a variety of cultural backgrounds, including strong verbal and written communication and networking abilities with the ability to deliver effective and engaging online and face to face presentations.
- Excellent time-management and organisation skills with the ability to lead projects and/or programs and initiatives using project management principles and methodology.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team and to partner with other internal functions to ensure optimal service delivery to external clients.
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to continuous quality improvement and working as part of a high functioning team..
- Experienced in Future Workforce planning/modelling and/or demonstrated experience in contributing to strategic Future Workforce outcomes.
