Gaming Attendant to join our Gaming team on a casual basis for 20+ hours a week. Option for full-time for the right candidate!Flexibility to work over a 7-day roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays is required.If you are passionate about delivering superior customer service and enjoy being part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!We offer a unique experience to enhance the overall entertainment experience for our customers. With an eye for detail, accuracy, and compliance with gaming legislation being a top priority.Pay rates are in line with Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020, Level 3 Gaming Appointment.
ABOUT YOU- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (Essential)
- Basic Gaming Certificate and prior gaming experience (Essential)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Able to work autonomously with ease
- Quick learner, passionate and enthusiastic
- Trustworthy, reliable, and positive attitude
- Bartending experience is preferable
- Be well organised and able to work under pressure
- Fast learner, passionate and enthusiastic
- Good cash handling skills
- Advanced Gaming Certificate (Preferable)
- Keno, TAB, GFR Pro and Maxetag loyalty systems experience an advantage
