We're looking for multiple Gaming Attendant's to join the team at Craigs Royal Hotel.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and helpful service to patrons
- Ensure venue is a clean and welcoming space
- Adhere to current VCGLR regulations and company policies
- Assist the Venue Manager in day to day running of the hotel
- Supervising Gaming Attendants of a lower grade
- Training Gaming Attendants of a lower grade
- Ensure staff are performing to standard operating procedures and if not, escalate to the responsible manager
- Ensure all gaming staff are aware of and comply with their legal obligations as outlined in the Gaming Regulation Act
- Ensure staff are performing to standard and if not, undergo performance management
This position requires the availability to work a rotating roster of days, nights and weekends (graveyard shifts included). Previous hospitality experience essential.
Must have current working rights in Australia and current RSA and RSG. Only successful candidates will be contacted.
