About the RoleWe are currently searching for an experienced and motivated
Gaming Service Executive to join our close-knit team on a part-time basis at
Harbord Diggers located in Freshwater, NSW!As a
Gaming Service Executive, with a focus on our VIP patrons, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Gaming Floor operates at an optimum level of efficiency to provide quality standards of customer service.More specifically, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Oversee gaming operations on the gaming floor to ensure that customer service delivery is timely, effective, efficient and that it meets the customers’ needs
- Manage, report and record customer complaints and compliments to help develop loyalty and repeat visitation
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of customers data and files
- Develop operational procedures that can be used in conjunction with Mounties rewards and recognition program
- Liaise with other departments within the Club to complete reservation requirements for internal restaurants, entertainment, holiday resorts booking and special events
- Liaise with onsite Gaming technicians and Aristocrat / USCS system technicians to ensure minimum down time on all devices
- Assist in the development of new players and maintain member loyalty
- Oversee and manage all daily RCG checks
- Maintain compliance in all facets of the role
About YouTo be successful for this role, you should have the following:
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Hold a current NSW RSA and RCG – or willing to obtain
- Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Thorough understanding of the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, L&G Regulations and Gaming Machine Act
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Availability to work a flexible roster, including days, nights and weekends
