Garden Labourer

• Permanent full-time position 
• 38 hours per week 
• Fixed Site - Kemps Creek
• Hourly rate + relevant award entitlements including penalty rates, overtime and allowances + superannuation 

This is a hands-on role at a fixed commercial site that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. If you have a passion for working with plants, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in the horticultural industry, we want to hear from you.

• Assist with garden maintenance tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.

• Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
• National Police Check (or be willing to apply)
• White Card (or be willing to obtain)
