AddressRiverdrift Group Pty Ltd, trading as Driftwood Tree Services and Riverfarm Mangoes, is a family-run business that operates in the stunning East Kimberley region of Western Australia. We are looking for up to 3 Garden Labourers to join our expanding team.
Location: Kununurra, Western Australia
Salary Range: $65,835 - $85,000, commensurate with skills and experience
Job Tasks Include:
- Preparing, loading and unloading pruning tools and equipment.
- Assisting to position tree pruning machinery
- Operate basic pruning equipment to trim trees and shrubs.
- Lawn mowing, fertilising and raking.
- Collecting and disposing of branches, limbs and leaves.
- Weed control.
- Using leaf blowers and other tools to clean up plant debris.
- Cleaning gardens and removing rubbish.
- Adhering strictly to workplace health and safety at all times.
- Other general garden labour duties.
Essential Requirements:
· AQF Certificate I, or completion of secondary education.
· At least one year of relevant full time work experience.
· Candidates must be physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments, as the role involves regular physical activity and exposure to various weather conditions.
· Have a valid drivers licence
· Clean police record
Desirable requirements
· Chainsaw operating certificate
· Manual drivers licence
· Experience working in tropical environments.
Other information
The employer may conduct random drug and alcohol testing.
A pre-start medical and police check may be requested.
