Gardener / Groundsperson

Maggie Beer’s Farm Shop (Modene Pty Ltd) is looking for a passionate Gardener/Grounds-person.

Primary Objectives:

• Landscaping tasks and maintenance of grounds and lawns;
• Ability to safely operate machinery and equipment as required;
• Ability to prioritize workloads and be self-motivated;
• Attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.

Desired Strengths:

• 3-5 years work experience in a similar position;
• Proficient knowledge of maintaining lawns and landscaping/grounds;
• Proficiency with groundskeeping tools and equipment;
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Seed raising, hedging and irrigation experience.

This person will be a self-starter with excellent time management and the ability to effectively prioritize jobs within the role. This position is three days per week, with flexibility at busier times.
