Gardener
Classification: Full-time, 38 hours per week
Location: IRT Illawarra

We are looking for an experienced Qualified Gardener that has a demonstrated ability to deliver a high standard of gardening for our Illawarra sites.
Reporting to the Facilities Management Coordinator, you will perform garden maintenance and general maintenance at our IRT Illawarra locations.
Your work may include:
- General rounds, gardens and lawn care
- Removal of leaves, pruning and weeding
- Application of fertilizers and mulches
- Plant selection and planting
- Safe and correct use of all equipment
- Plant and Machinery Maintenance
- Adhock property and asset maintenance

To be successful you will have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated experience in care of Lawns and Gardens
- Demonstrated experience in a general maintenance or trades background
- An unrestricted current drivers licence and the ability to travel to other IRT sites in the Sunshine Coast Region if required
- The ability to work flexible hours
- A demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and follow work plans and programs
- The ability to use technology such as smart devices and computers
- Sound understanding of WH&S principles & practices
