The role:
In this role you will conduct a range of ground, garden and building asset maintenance activities including preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and capital upgrade works that are required for the upkeep, operations and improvement of company assets.
You will be working outdoors with minimal or no on-site supervision to undertake your duties at our Albion Park, Albion Park Rail and Mt Warrigal residential and Independent locations.
To be successful you will need:
- Horticulture Certificate III or minimum five years’ experience in the field.
- A demonstrated commitment of customer service and meeting the needs of older people.
- Previous experience in Asset Maintenance.
- A positive, professional attitude and ability to promote Warrigal in keeping with the organisation’s vision, mission and values.
- Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and complete Warrigal’s various asset Maintenance programs within a team and work individually with minimal supervision.
- Sound level of computer knowledge required to use a computer on a regular basis.
- Well-developed communication, problem solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
- Current NSW drivers license.
