Gardener with MR Licence - City Council

• $ 40 per hour + Super

• Casual (Potential to go Perm) (Possible extension)

• Full-time Hours Per Week: 38

• Location: Hadfield

• Start this February 2024

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Implementing modern horticultural practices, such as maintaining garden beds, keeping the work site clean, cutting grass, driving equipment, reporting incidents, and applying pesticides.

• Provide on-the-job training to apprentices, improve the landscape, attend meetings, keep accurate records, and serve as the Crew Leader's deputies.

• Contribute to the Council Continuous Improvement system, promote a safe and healthy environment, and adhere to the Council's OHS Policy and Procedures.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Experience in horticulture work for parks and garden maintenance purposes

• Must have Certificate 3 in Gardening or equivalent

• Must have at least MR Licence
