Garden/Maintenance Team Member

Cleantek Services is a small family run cleaning business operating out of Devonport but covering the North West coast of Tasmania.

We are currently seeking garden maintenance/cleaner Team member.

About the role:

This position has quite a broad job description and requires someone willing to be flexible in what they do with different skill sets.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the maintenance of vacate properties yards and rubbish removal, industrial cleaning as well as steam cleaning carpets and upholstery.  The duties include but are not limited to;

General gardening and yard maintenance such as lawn mowing, pruning and weeding

Pressure cleaning/Hard surface cleaning 

Re sowing grass and applying pesticides

Cleaning windows and gutters

Rubbish removal

Use and general maintenance of equipment

Requirements of the role:

Gardening and home maintenance experience essential

Must be physically fit

Provide a quality service of a high standard in a timely manner 

Adherence and knowledge of work, health and safety guidelines a must

National police check

WWVP card

White Card

Working with heights an advantage

Manual drivers license

Must be able to work in a team environment and unsupervised
