Form of work Starting June 2024, 25 x Gardner / Maintenance staff are required for a hotel establishment in Port Hedland, Western Australia.
The roles will be offered on an ongoing basis.
25 x Gardner / Maintenance staff
Key tasks are:
- Gardening and upkeep of lawn areas
- Basic maintenance duties such as fixing sprinklers or minor repairs to the property
- Cleaning of public areas
- Liaising with management regarding any issues that arise and record-keeping
There is potential for staff to be upskilled and training will be provided.
These are full-time positions offering 38 hours per week. Pay rate will be at Level 2 in line with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award: $24.08 ordinary.
Shared room options for staff accommodation will be offered within the town at a short walking distance from the workplace. The accommodation charge is between $120-150 per week.
