The Company:

At Centurion APAC Rentals and Services, we supply specialist rental equipment and services to the mining, energy, construction, and infrastructure sectors. APAC have five business lines serving its markets. Modular and Accommodation, Lifting Solutions, Power and Equipment, Water and Wastewater solutions, and Subsea Services.

The Role:

We are seeking a results and deadline-oriented General Office Administrator who plays a key role in providing administration services across the whole business. You will be a central point for all functional administration services for IT, HR, Training, Mobilisations, Travel, and Quality. The ideal candidate will possess extensive administrative experience, demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordination of travel, accommodation, hire vehicles
  • Site Mobilisation, inductions, medicals, compliance verifications  
  • Interfacing with IT contractor on enquires/and   
  • Administration /document version controls / QDMS & Aconex client uploads
  • Ordering supplies /stationary / uniforms / site office furniture  
  • Scheduling training / and onboarding co-ordination
  • Supporting the co-ordination of tender documents
  • Reception duties / mail / printing/ filing and dealing with calls
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
