AAT Kings located in Yulara – Ayers Rock, offers exciting, adventurous and interpretive tours to travellers to Ulura and Kata Tjuta National Park – Ayers Rock . The General hand role will provide essential assistance to our team on the ground.
This role offers a variety of tasks and responsibilities ranging from maintenance, cleaning, stock control, housekeeping, grounds maintenance and tour guide support.
The Role:
The General Hand is responsible for providing assistance in the day to day running of the tour operations for AAT Kings.
This fundamental role will carry out general operations duties as well as maintenance, cleaning, and housekeeping to ensure a safe and attractive work environment for all staff.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Performing general maintenance duties including of buildings and facilities
- Cleaning and sanitising of the buildings and facilities
- Housekeeping duties for FIFO staff accommodation.
- Assist with cleaning company vehicles when requested.
- Maintain cleaning logs.
- Cleaning company vehicles when requested
- Carry-out laundry services for catering department and FIFO accommodation.

- Ability to be flexible with daily duties
- Be an open communicator with a helpful disposition
- Ability to carry out manual labour duties
- A driver’s licence is essential for this role Be ready to relocate and remote work locations
