Job description

As the General Manager of Global Client Solutions, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering strategic business partnerships globally. This is a key leadership position which is also see you developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the Client Solutions team globally.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this unique opportunity will see you leading a team of 11 (7 direct reports, 4 functional), overseeing our major tendering processes, influencing the Executive and being curious and decisive in achieving our business development objectives.  
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the Global Client Solutions team to achieve revenue growth targets. 
  • In conjunction with regional leads, develop and implement effective business and sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit objectives in all regions.
  • Foster a high-performance culture, teamwork and customer-centric approach.
  • Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Client Solutions efforts.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and pipeline status to the executive team or to the CGO as directed.


The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Extensive leadership experience with proven track record of successful business growth
  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
  • Capacity to travel extensively both domestically and internationally.
  • Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, encourage, and direct the efforts of revenue generation teams towards the completion of plans and achievement of determined objectives.
  • Superior communication, consultative, interpersonal, and negotiating skills including professional tender writing skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to successfully manage large project scale tenders.
  • High-level analytical skills, including the ability to analyse both external customer requirements and internal business requirements.
  • Capacity to develop and implement a growth strategy, including working with potential industry partners.
