Reddi Therapy Solutions is a Registered NDIS Provider offering Therapeutic and Core Supports. We provide wholistic, person centred and strengthed based approach as we aim to elevate and inspire our participants to achieve their NDIS goals wherever they are. We are currently seeking a General Manager with deep knowledge of the NDIS sector to lead our team and uphold our standards of excellence.
Qualifications & experience
- Excellent networking skills and lead conversion
- Minimum 4 years of NDIS experience in a similar role.
- Sound understanding of the NDIS legislation.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Essential stakeholder relationships and communication skills.
- Strong managerial, financial, and operational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health related field are desirable.
- Substantial experience in an area directly related to health, disability or the community service sector.
- Experience in business development, guiding sustainable growth and performance measurement.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, utilising an empathetic approach to establish and maintain relationships with NDIS Participants and their families.
- High level written, and verbal communication and relationship building skills.
- Sound negotiation skills and the ability to influence.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Leadership: Manage a team in partnership with senior leadership to create a culture of performance excellence in all aspects of service delivery.
- Relationship Management/Business Development :build and manage relationships with key organisations that will drive referral growth. Network and locate new business opportunities when working in the field or at key events, as requested by your manager.
- Service delivery:Foster an organisational culture that maintains a participant – centric focus at all times, and a commitment to deliver service excellence.
- Company and Collaborative Practice:Model Reddi Therapy Solutions mission statement, values and inspire team members to embrace the values always.
- Quality:Perform all work in accordance with the National Standards for Disability Services, the NDIS and other regulatory requirements.
